How much water you drink is somewhat dependant on your activity level. I advocate to my clients the importance of hydration and drinking at least a gallon of water a day. There are other sources of water that can be found in fruits and veggies such as melon’s, asparagus, etc. I know that we often think that coffee and soda counts as water but honestly, water is water and will provide you energy and so many other benefits. Not only will your body love soaking up the water and eliminating the toxins but your complexion will improve dramatically as well! So today I am offering you help in adding more water to your day! I have created 9 naturally flavored waters to inspire you to drink more! You can make these simple, refreshing and delicious variations or create your own!


  1. Fruit Medley: Pineapple, blueberries and strawberries.

  2. Citrus Blend: Lemons and limes

  3. Watermelon and Basil – one of my favorites

  4. Berry blend: Raspberries and blackberries

  5. Orange

    Thank you for these awesome suggestions, Ashley! A friend of mine forwarded/shared thru Facebook a site about making your own detox concoctions and some of them are similar to these. It said they will help to maintain the acid-alkaline balance of the body. I’ve eaten fruits straight up or consumed them in a smoothie but these are new for me and they look so refreshingly appropriate for summer. Can’t wait to try them out! :)
