Writing out all the things we need to accomplish each day can take it out of our brain and put it onto the paper. It takes the stress away and creates an organized check list to follow, which is both important and valuable to any busy person. Over time, to-do’s can feel like you’re never actually getting them done, always adding more each day. I started to really dislike writing these morning lists until one day I asked myself how I could inject more fun and gratitude into them. Enter the I Get To List!
Entrepreneur Tip #3: I Get To List
I created a simple shift for the list by making these bullet points things I “get” to do, which immediately shifts my perspective about them.
Next time you start writing “To Do,” write “I Get To” instead and see how that changes your feelings about the things on your daily task list! Share this below if you think it could help another girl boss or friend see her have-to’s in a new light!
