Meet the Fierce Forward Team

View More: http://jvephoto.pass.us/fierceforwardWhen I first left my job as a Personal Trainer to go full time with Fierce Forward, I had no idea the road that lay ahead of me, I just knew the road I needed to travel and so I did that. That first month, I launched the Limitless Collection of Armor hoping someone would love them and the response blew me away. The first year of being a entrepreneur was difficult as I was making all the armor, learning how to manage a product, dealing with other businesses, making mistakes, learning from them and still doing all the social media posting, communicating, creating recipes and workouts and even creating new collections. The second year, I began traveling to yoga festivals and I got to a point where I could not handle it all and knew I needed to bring in a team that would have my back and make all of this work. I rely fiercely on my Team. These ladies do what they do so that I may be able to work in the space of growth and creation to carry Fierce Forward, forward into the years ahead. I want to introduce you to the Team behind Fierce Forward and thank them both for having my back and believing in what I am doing at Fierce Forward.

1. How long have you been with Fierce Forward?

I met Ashley in 2012 at the gym I belong to; she was the Team Coach for my office‘s Biggest Loser Team. We started talking about what I do, marketing for a shopping center, which led into a conversation about Fierce Forward. I loved what Fierce Forward stood for and after one meeting over coffee to talk about different marketing strategies the rest is history!

2. What’s your biggest strength?

Eekkk… hard question! I feel that my biggest strength for Fierce Forward is my ability to communicate with the FIERCE customers! I really feel that I connect with each person that sends us an email and I want to make sure they get the best experience!

3. What’s your favorite quote you live by?

My quotes are ever changing but for the last couple of years I continue to go back to, “A dream becomes a goal when action is taken towards achieving it.” – Unknown

4. Favorite story about you and Ashley or Fierce Forward.

I love that I have been able to see Fierce Forward grow into what it is today. I remember the launch of the first Limitless Armor collection and how Ashley and I really had no idea how the community would respond. I was on a family vacation on launch day and I called Ashley at the end of the day to see if there were orders...and there were and not just one order but multiple orders! We were so excited and now looking back it is so awesome to see how far the Armor has come!

5. What is your favorite thing about working at Fierce Forward?

I love seeing the new home of each piece of armor and knowing that my energy was used in making that piece! The stories as to why people have a picked out a piece and seeing the journey a piece of armor takes puts a smile on my face!

Ashley says of Kahli, “Kahli is one of those rare people that is the yin to my yang. My weaknesses are her strengths and both of us together are one fierce team, always shooting ideas off one another. Kahli is my right hand girl and I value our partnership in growth beyond words. I also love our vino nights together.”

1. How long have you been with Fierce Forward?

I have been working here since the beginning of 2015. I have followed Ash on social media since she was my HIIT Instructor and saw a post that she needed help in the Shop.

2. What’s your biggest strength?

I am very determined…some may say stubborn (smiles). Therefore, I work really hard for what I want.

3. What’s your favorite quote you live by?

“Be the change you wish to see in the World.” -Mahatma Gandhi

4. Favorite story about you and Ashley or Fierce Forward.

My favorite memory of Ashley (so far) is during her HIIT workout where she challenged the class to a plank contest. I ended up planking the longest and winning the challenge. This was soon after having my baby son. She praised me during class and later on social media which made me feel proud of myself. I now do the same with my participants in my workout classes because it felt absolutely fabulous and I want others to feel that.

5. What is your favorite thing about working at Fierce Forward?

My favorite thing about working here is seeing the inspiring creations Ashley makes. I also love filling orders and seeing the awesome stacks of armor people create for themselves.

Ashley says of Angie, “I met Ang three years ago when she would come in and get her booty kicked by me at HIIT Class and she was the hardest worker in the room. Aside from being a genuinely kind person (something I value highly in others), she is extremely reliable and I know she will show up every day. I look forward to our future growth together at Fierce Forward.”

I have been Ashley’s son since the day her and dad picked me up a little over a year ago.

2. What’s your biggest strength?

I know how to make mom smile.

3. What’s your favorite quote you live by?

I do what I want. Meow.

4. Favorite story about you and Ashley or Fierce Forward.

I love mornings when mom gives me an excess of little grain-free treats.

5. What is your favorite thing about working at Fierce Forward?

That mom works at home and is here with me all the time. I am independent and love my sleep and me-time but mostly, I love being around mom.

Ashley says of Axel, “Ax, working from home has its own challenges like any job and I am so thankful you are here with me little guy. You are the cuteness that grounds me and makes me smile. I love how you run like a horse through the house in the morning, trying to get me to chase you and I also love that you sleep through most of the day so mom can work really hard. You’re my son.”
