- Pretend a crowd is cheering for you. This crowd can be anyone you can imagine. Maybe it’s your friends and family, maybe your closest girlfriends who have always had your back or maybe it’s a bunch of hot men in underwear fist pumping for you. The crowd is cheering for you, don’t give up.
- Make a Fierce face. Slap a grrr on your face and get through it. It helps.
