You say parmesan, I say, “I’m in!” Anything parmesan has my vote. I’ve made these Parmesan Zucchini Chips for years and I’m so excited to finally share them with you! They’re my favorite substitute for more starchy carbs like a heap of potatoes, rice or pasta.A few bread crumbs…eh, no biggie. Every bite is savory and while it tastes like parmesan fries going down, you know you’re making a healthier choice because: zucchini over potatoes + baked over fried. Win!
These little slices of healthy heaven are then elevated to the next level of “oh my gah!” when you add the mustard dipping sauce. Which, I might add, is super healthy and only two ingredients.
